Very comfortable, central heating, separate gas fireplace, no need for airconditioning as well insulated and is therefore comfortably cool in the summer. Hardwood floors on main level, carpeting on lower level, two large bedrooms and three smaller bedrooms. Lovely view of Mount Baker, the volcano/ski mountain. Large lot, gardens, carport, fenced yard and playhouse for the kids.

Located in the town of Mission, B.C. a small city of 30,000 people located on the banks of the Fraser River which is known for the world class sturgeon fishing, surrounded by forests and only 45 mins form the local ski hiil and 20 mins to the U.S. border. House is located one block to public transit, two blocks from a very large new 7 million dollar leisure centre with very affordable swimming, skating, fitness centre etc. 4 blocks from downtown where there are restaurants, stores, banks, post office, coffe shops, and the trains station for the West Coast Express which is a one hour express train to downtown Vancouver. The beautiful city of parks, many international restaruants, oodles of shopping, airport, world class aquariums and much much more!
