Charming 100-year old Edwardian located in the beautiful town of Upper Montclair NJ. House is on large lot with large backyard and brand new swing set on a quiet street with many families and children nearby. Spacious parks within walking distance in all directions. Terrific neighbors.

The home has a bright & sunny, Wrap-Around Porch & 5 Bedrooms with 2 rooms set up for den or home-office. Large upper attic has a very private bedroom with unique angular ceilings. Kitchen fully equipped. Family room with working fireplace.

Excellent location very close to both train and bus transportation to NYC. You can be in the city in less than 30 minutes, and escape to the quiet green suburbs easily before dark. Close to route 46, route 3 and Garden State Parkway. Very close to grocery shopping and short quiet stroll to trendy restaurants, bars, shopping, schools, as well as excellent movie theatres, & art institutions.
