About the apartment:<br />
This is a great opportunity to live in big classical apartment of 143 square meters with large panorama windows, stucco and neoclassicistic decorations, high ceilings and hardwood floors, two bathrooms with seperat shower and large bathtub, located in a quiet and hip part of town - 10 minutes by bus or bike from city center and Tivoli. We will happily send more pictures (the pictures do not do our apartment just!! You won't be disappointed). We also have a shared yard with a green area perfect for outdoor sitting. We also have two bikes available!

L’ambiente
The apartment is in the area Østerbro which is located north of Copenhagen city centre and offers large green areas, open spaces and proximity to the waterfront.<br />
You will find exclusive designer boutiques, delis, cafes and fine restaurants on the main streets Dag Hammarskjölds Allé and Østerbrogade. Once you reach Sortedams Lake (Sortedams Lake is a popular choice for a stroll, jog and you will find cafes, an organic hairdresser and the cocktail bar The Office with outdoor seating in Summer) and Østerbrogade, the real fun begins. The Moshi Moshi empire, Normann Copenhagen and Voigt are just a few of the many designer shops. Also try the delis Gourmandiet in the side street Rosenvængets Allé and Cofoco. Also very close to Copenhagen's largest park - the people's park hosting concerts and other happenings. And with 1.3 miles to a small beach located near Svanemøllen, and 5.5 miles to a larger beach called Bellevue. Also 1.2 miles to the National Gallery (must see!) and Østre Anlæg and the King's Garden, both parks with numerous activities and concerts during summer time.
