Our flat is located in Paris 19th area close to the Canal de l'Ourcq, the Parc de la Villette and the Cité of Science and the Cité of Music. It's composed of a living room (with a sleeping cough for 2), a small kitchen, a large room for a couple and a child's room (our son is 7) with a bed on a mezzanine. The apartment towers two yards with trees so the place is very silent and calm. Located on 5th floor, it is very sunny. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and a microwave oven ; the bathroom with a washing machine. <br />

L’ambiente

Have a 5 to 10 minutes walk : the shores of the canal de l'Ourcq turn to a beach in the summer with cafés, children's artworks, free dancing lessons, shows, rowing, canoeing, brunch ... the Parc de la Villette is a large garden where you'll picnic on the wide lawns or where you'll visit science exhibitions, the music museum or watch a 360° film in the Geode. At night in july and august, you'll picnic on the lawn again and profit of the huge screen for the Villette Film Festival. The 104 is the new place for modern art where artists are housed to produce art for temporary exhibitions. The underground station is at 200 meters from our building and connects you to old downtown Paris in 15 minutes if you don't want to go walking…
