IMPORTANT : Appartement disponible uniquement pendant les JO 2024 pour une personne ou un couple seulement.
Available for the 2024 Paris Olympics, this one-bed 538 sq ft flat in the 14th arrondissement overlooks the courtyard in a secure building with a concierge. It's extremely quiet and very bright, with an open outlook as it's on the top floor (7th).
There are numerous restaurants close by and lots of opportunities for food shopping including the well-known market in rue Daguerre. Metro lines 4 & 6, several buses and RER B are a few minutes walk away making it easy to access the various sites of the Olympic events.
Description of the flat: practical, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine, separate WC, bedroom with large double bed and living/dining room with sliding door onto a west facing terrace with a view of the Paris rooftops.
IMPORTANT: The apartment is only available for exchange during the 2024 Paris Olympics and cannot accommodate more than 2 people.
