It's a 62m2 appartment with 2 rooms, a bigkitchen and a bathroom in a wonderful district of Berlin - Berlin-Steglitz, in a quiet side-street, but just a few minutes walk away from the famous Schlossstrasse, THE place for shopping and relaxing with its restaurants and bars. To reach the centre with all the sights, the Brandenburger Tor, "Museumsinsel" with the National Gallery and the Pergamonmuseum, Friedrichstrasse with "Checkpoint Charlie" just 10 Min. with S-Bahn (station just a 2 Min. Walk from the house).

Also you'll find a bakery and THREE supermarkets on the main street (ca. 100m to walk) and other possibilities to shop!

A nice and cozy apartment, and just as the description says: in a quiet neighbourhood, but still really only a couple of minutes (walking) from the central parts of Berlin with its museums, galleries, churches, restaurants, shops,... We spent an extended weekend there, visited all places we had planned to visit, and never even had to use any means of transport. In the apartment, everything was prepared for us, and we could always count on quick communication exchange when needed. And of course, there was everything in perfect order at our place after our swap-partner had left it. Thus our weekend in Berlin was a truly nice home-swap experience - with a perfect swap-partner and at an excellent place to stay.
