There is a lovely 1km walk down to the charming seaside village which contains shops, a museum, some art galleries, good restaurants, a hotel and a pub. We are located about 40 minute drive time from the provinical capital of Victoria, a charming city with a wonderful Opera Company, Ballet Company and everything else that a city has to offer.
Our home is across the street from public transit bus stop and we are exactly half way between Victoria and Nanaimo. so both cities are easily accessible for a day trip.
